How to place claims with Bottom Line Collection Services

We prefer to receive claims by E-mail but we also accept claims by fax: 718-966-7723
We accept claims in any file format. The most common formats are Excel and PDF file formats.

SELECTING SERVICE TYPE:
	If you are using our service for the first time, and if you want to hire us on a Retainer Basis or use our 20-Day Collection Service, notify us when you send your claims. The single claim placement form has a drop down list giving you choices. For established clients, service type will be automatic as follows:

20-DAY COLLECTION SERVICE:
	If you purchased our 20-Day service, your claims that are under 180 days of age will automatically be entered as 20-Day Demand Service. All other claims will be entered as a Retainer Based claim (if purchased), or entered as a claim subject to Discounts as listed in our Pricing Strategy. Unless additional handling arrangements are made with us, claims placed through our 20-Day Demand Service will be automatically closed at the end of the 20-Day period with a final report sent to you.

RETAINER BASED COLLECTIONS with 20-Day Service:
	If you hired us on a Retainer Basis and also purchased our 20-Day service, your claims will first be entered as 20-Day Service. When the 20-Days expire, any uncollected claims will automatically be moved into Retainer Based Collections for continued handling.

RETAINER BASED COLLECTIONS without 20-Day Service:
	If you purchased Retainer Based Service, your claims will automatically be entered as Retainer Based.

STANDARD FEE COLLECTION SERVICE:
	Claims that are not placed through our 20-Day or Retainer Collection Services are priced at our published rates: Published Rates page.

SERVICE NOTES:
	That's it! We work professionally and aggressively regardless of which service you choose.

	We are a maximum results agency, which means that no other agency will produce better results than we do. That doesn’t mean that every claim is collectible. What it does mean is that whatever can possibly been done with your claims will be done.
