minimum fee will be 50%. Additional collections against the same
Debtor will be prorated to equal our basic fee as listed above. Example: If the claim was $1,200. at 25%, and the first collection was $300., the fee would be $150. based on our minimum fee requirement. If a second collection is made on the same claim in the amount of $300., no fee would apply since our minimum fee was previously achieved. Additional collections against the same claim would be 25% from this point forward. |
