| FREE-DEMAND LETTER | |
|
A Free-Demand Letter is a letter
that we will mail or e-mail to your Debtor on our letterhead, from our
office, letting your Debtor
know that a third party is involved. If you receive payment within the
time frame of the demand letter, no fee applies (you choose the time
frame; 10-Days / 20-Days etc.) We can set up your account so that at the end of the Free-Demand period, if you haven't reported payment received, your Free-Demand claims will be automatically moved into Full Demand service and pursued, or, we can automatically send you an E-mail asking for your confirmation that the claims should be moved into Full Demand service. |

| USE OF FREE-DEMAND LETTERS: | |
|
You can use our Free-Demand Letter with any of the service options you choose including 20-Day Collection Service, Retainer Based or Discount Based Collection Services. Free-Demand Letters are a waste of time for Debtors who have issued NSF checks, have disconnected phone numbers, or are disputing your claim.
