	We will either have your Debtors forward payments directly to your office, in which case, you simply notify us as payments are received, or we will have your Debtors forward payments to us, but payable to you, which we will then forward to you.

WE END THE REMITTANCE WAITING GAME FOR YOU:
	IT IS NOT NECESSARY FOR AN AGENCY TO TAKE POSSESSION OF YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU ARE DEALING WITH A HIGH NSF RETURN PROBLEM. By processing payments yourself, your aging report is updated immediately and you have better control of your money.

WE MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AT ALL TIMES:
	When you place claims with us, you will always be able to resell to customers of your choosing.

COLLECTION TIME-FRAME OBJECTIVE:
	Our objective is to resolve your claims within 20-business days with either full or part payment. Because we set objectives, we are focused. Our time-frame objectives translate into a faster, more focused collection effort for you.

WE DO NOT WAREHOUSE YOUR CLAIMS:
	Your claims will never lay dormant in our office as is common among most agencies. When we say that we don't warehouse your claims, we mean it. If any claim is not collected quickly, we will generate a report giving you all of your collection options so that you can make a decision as to the further handling of your claim. Plus, your file maintenance time will decrease.

FLEXIBLE BILLING CHOICES FOR BASIC FEE STRUCTURE:
	We can generate invoices Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Weekly, or as collections are made. It's your choice.

HOW TO PLACE CLAIMS:
	To place claims, simply fax or e-mail your statements, invoices or placement forms to our office, and let us know whether you want Free-Demand or Immediate collection service. Your claims will be acknowledged immediately based on the service requested (free-demand or immediate).
